Competition Terms & Conditions

1. This competition is organized by Digital Window Limited (DWL) company number 4010229.
2. It is open for anyone to enter and no purchase is necessary. To enter you will only be required to disclose your email address to DWL.
3. Only one entry per person is permitted. Automated entries will be invalidated, including multiple entries from the same IP address.
4. Late or incomplete entries will be disqualified. No responsibility can be accepted for entries which are lost, delayed, misdirected or corrupted during delivery to the place specified for any reason whatsoever. Proof of sending e-mail will not constitute proof of DWL's receipt of your entry. DWL cannot enter into correspondence with participants who experience difficulties entering the competition.
5. By taking part in the competition, you agree to be bound by the competition rules and by the decisions of DWL which are final in all matters relating to the competition. DWL reserves the right to disqualify any entrant and/or winner in its absolute discretion for any reason and without notice in accordance with the competition rules.
6. The competition will be held each month with each competition constituting a separate competition.
7. DWL will operate one competition per month .By entering in one competition you are only entering that competition and not future competitions.
8. The prize for each competition will be donated by a retailer which participates in DWL's ShopWindow ® programme (Sponsor).
9. The draw will be made on the last working day of each month. The last day to enter a particular month's competition will be the penultimate working day of the month in question
10. A winning entry is the first correct answer drawn.
11. If you are a winner, you may have to provide DWL with additional information (including, without limitation, proof of address or identity). Failure to provide this additional information within the required time period, or notification returned as undeliverable as addressed will result in your disqualification as a winner and an alternative winner will be selected.
12. There will be no cash equivalent for the prize.
13. The name of the winner will be sent to anyone who requests it within one week of the closing date of the competition. Requests should be sent to competition@shopwindow.com
14. If you are a winner of a competition:
    1. the receipt by you of any prize is conditional upon you complying with any and all applicable laws, rules and regulations including, without limitation, the competition rules;
    2. you acknowledge and agree that neither DWL or the Sponsor or any of their employees, agents or subcontractors shall have any liability to you whatsoever in connection with your use and/or possession of your prize, provided that nothing in these competition rules shall exclude or limit the liability of any party for personal injury or death caused by negligence or for anything else which cannot be excluded or limited by law.
15. DWL will from time to time send you emails informing you of specific promotions available through the DWL ShopWindow ® programme.
16. If you no longer wish to receive these emails then please email unsubscribe@shopwindow.com and DWL will immediately delete your details.
17. DWL will forward your email address to the Sponsor for the competition you have entered (the Sponsor has covenanted with DWL to abide by the Data Protection Act 1998) and to no other third parties. The Sponsor will also be a Data Controller and will use your data to inform you about its products.
18. DWL will be a Data Controller - the purpose of DWL processing your data will be to advise you of particular promotions on the ShopWindow ® programme.
19. DWL reserves the right to amend the Rules and if we do so, we will publish the amended version on www.shopwindow.com. It is your responsibility to check regularly to make sure you are aware of any updated information. If you do not agree to any changes to these rules, then your only remedy is to withdraw from the competition.
20. DWL will not be liable for any damage, loss or disappointment suffered by any person taking part or not being able to take part in a competition.
21. No responsibility is accepted for inaccurate prize details supplied by Sponsors
22. If any of these rules are deemed to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, the affected rules shall be deleted from these competition rules but the remaining rules shall continue in full force and effect.
23. These competition rules and each competition are governed by English law. Any disputes arising between DWL and any third party in relation to these competition rules and/or a competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales (save that DWL shall be entitled to take action against a third party in any other jurisdiction).
